A company director with extensive international experience gained from working with many multinationals on some of their major change program, he is presently focusing on various current and advanced projects that aim to improve operations, expand 3G- and 4G-related services, develop service and portfolio management capabilities, and establish new business models for future commercialization.
Robert has over 25 years of experience with proven skills and experience in strategic planning, portfolio, commercial, business, organizational, and transformational management; expert knowledge of large-scale Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), strategic outsourcing, and program and project management.
