Record 204-GBd OOK IM-DD Transmission over 10km with EDFA Using InP Optoelectronics for Data Center Interconnects

We demonstrate on an ultra-high-speed 204-GBd OOK-base IM/DD optical transceiver until 10km SSMF with optical amplifier. This record is based on two main InP Optoelectronics technologies: 2:1-Selector and externally modulated laser for electrical signal generation.
