Our Research & Development (R&D) organization, comprising approximately 20,000 talented professionals, leads the way in software and hardware development, integration, verification, validation and architecture, and specification design. Afef Feki, Ada Lovelace Honoree from Mobile Networks

Every October, we celebrate the legacy of Ada Lovelace, a pioneering woman in mathematics and computer science, by recognizing a Nokia female talent in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) with the “Ada Lovelace Honoree” title.

In 2024, this recognition was awarded to Afef Feki, a System Architect in Mobile Networks RAN R&D.
