The Nokia Optical Network Services Expert is an intermediate-level certification that builds on the Nokia Certified Optical Network Professional. It is designed for engineers who want to become experienced in optical networks, from the basic challenges of transport technologies to key aspects of network design, service provisioning, and optical network management.

Upon successful completion of the Nokia Optical Network Service Expert, you will have developed in-depth working knowledge in areas such as:
Wavelength Division Multiplexing networks and node architectures, Layer 0 and Layer 1 switching and Generalized Multiprotocol Label Switching (GMPLS) networks.
